Ideally located at the foot of Avoriaz and in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area, the village of Morzine gives access to an exceptional cross-border ski area with 286 ski runs. In the summer, the village becomes a real paradise for hikers, mountain trail enthusiasts and mountain bikers; all in a preserved natural setting.

This program is composed of 2 chalets with 9 apartments. Each apartment includes a ski locker, a cellar and a garage in the basement. A large balcony will offer you a superb view of the resort.

The shuttle bus stop located 150 meters away serves the village center and its shops, as well as access to the “Prodains Express” cable car to reach Avoriaz directly.

Delivery of these residences is scheduled for late 2023.
